Eureka Visitors Center

Located near the waterfront in the heart of Old Town, the Eureka Visitors Center invites guests and locals alike to experience Eureka. The Center is also home to both the Eureka Main Street office and the City's Economic Development team and serves as a central hub for City events and community projects.

The main room is host to a vintage penny press, where visitors can collect a unique penny to memorialize their travels. It also boasts a reference library, where travelers can learn about the area through unique historical, architectural, and storytelling lenses. A concierge is on hand Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm to assist visitors and offer recommendations, hand out brochures, and rent complimentary bicycles for those who want to explore the immediate area. 

For locals, the Visitors Center is often a central hub for news about ongoing events and community projects and programs; its the place to go if you need to check the holiday event schedule or learn more about how to get involved with Arts Alive.
