The Parks Division develops and maintains a diversified system of park and landscape facilities in a neat, clean, and well-repaired condition, and operated in a friendly, courteous, and equitable manner for the use and enjoyment of the public. The City of Eureka has 20 parks including the Myrtle Grove Memorial Cemetery. In addition to parks, Parks staff maintain 42 landscape facilities, 24 parking lots, and 1,400 street trees throughout Eureka.
